NY Voters to Reject ALEC (and ALEC LIES)

“The Empire State's economic outlook remains at the bottom of the national heap in a conservative think tank's annual survey of the states.” Source: ALEC

New Yorkers are expected to turn out in higher numbers than expected to help defeat members of the American Legislative Exchange Council.

Upset by stupid ALEC remarks like the one shown at the top of this post – which are supported by questionable right wing statistics New Yorkers have had enough of the abuse perpetuated on them by ALEC legislators  - to benefit  ALEC corporate profit sector members..

In cities across the state voters are sharing their concerns about ALEC legislators that are encumbered by their allegiance to corporatist policies at ALEC and their overt duplicity to the USA and the constituents they are suppose to be serving.
